What we collect

Email and an encrypted password, country of access, interface language, and your activity history on the platform.

Personal details (name, surname, date of birth, phone) only if you fill them in before a withdrawal.

Documents

⚠️ Uploaded documents are not stored on our servers: the file goes to a reviewer and only the outcome is kept. This is deliberate, so that other people's passports do not pile up in a database.

Why

So you can log in, see your history and receive a payout in your own name, and so we can meet anti-money-laundering requirements.

Who we share with

Payment providers get the minimum needed to process a payment. State authorities get data on a lawful request. Nobody else: we do not sell data and do not pass it to ad networks.

How long we keep it

While the account exists, and afterwards for the period the law requires for financial operations.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, a correction or account deletion by writing to support@rialtotrade.com. Records of completed financial operations cannot be deleted — keeping them is mandatory.
