Getting started
Create an account with an email and a password. The demo account with virtual money opens immediately, no deposit needed.
Funding your account
Finance → Deposit. Card transfer and cryptocurrency are available. After the request you will see the details and the exact amount; for card payments attach the receipt to speed things up.
Withdrawing money
Finance → Withdrawal. Before the first withdrawal you need to confirm your email and fill in personal details in the Security section: the payment goes to the account holder's name.
Why did my trade close that way
An option is settled by the instrument price at expiry. The last decimal decides the outcome, so entry and exit prices are shown in the history for every trade.
The email does not arrive
Check the spam folder. If there is nothing within ten minutes, write to support and we will check delivery manually.
